What To Expect

Each participant completes a short online (20 minute) questionnaire which generates a profile report which is given to them along with either a 1:1 feedback session or a team training workshop.

Who Is It For
This can be very useful for individuals and, also in the development of teams and partnerships where different skill sets and expectations can influence the development of understanding and trust, essential for effective collaborative working.
One-to-one feedback sessions are typically delivered online. Team training workshops can also be run virtually, though they tend to be more engaging in person. Unless jointly agreed otherwise, each participant receives their own profile report; only the summary personality type is shared with the wider team or partnership, as this supports understanding and therefore collaborative working.
