I specialise in working with local partnership systems, individuals, organisations and teams to help you agree and articulate goals and develop a plan of action. Utilising a variety of tools to help you understand both yourself and others in order to highlight practical next steps to help you achieve your goals.
I offer positive challenge focused on achieving agreed outcomes for your organisation, clients, customers or population and will work with you and any agreed stakeholders in the creation of a bespoke package of support.

With over 20 years of senior-level experience in the Public Sector leading partnerships with Local Government, the NHS, the Voluntary and Community Sector, and with communities themselves to design and deliver impactful services.
I’m a strong believer in the power of collaboration—valuing diverse styles, personalities, ideas, and perspectives not only strengthens teamwork, but also drives innovation, productivity, and success.
